Protect your loved ones

Estate planning is not only for the elderly as many assume. Proper estate planning can protect your family and your assets. Without the proper planning, the courts determine critical decisions such as guardianship of your children, trusts and provisions for minors, and who will serve as administrator of your estate. Take control of your estate planning, medical directives and wishes for you and your family. The process is simple! Call Rebecca for a FREE phone consultation TODAY!

OUR VISION

Part of your Estate Plan may include a Trust to protect your assets and your loved ones. A trust is a document that allows you to transfer assets while you are alive for the benefit of a named beneficiary after death. There are several different kinds of trusts with several different benefits, including the ability to avoid the transfer of assets through Probate.

Do you care for a loved one with special needs?

It's important to make sure your loved ones with special needs are protected and taken care in the event of your passing. A proper Supplemental Needs Trust can assist individuals with special needs while not disqualifying them nor reducing their eligibility for State or Federal benefits.
